I am a dedicated and passionate teacher who has taught U.S. history in the U.S., U.K., and Ireland.  I was delighted to receive the Provost’s Teaching Award at Trinity in 2015.

My current offerings at Trinity include American Politics and Culture, 1939-1989, Race and Ethnicity in American Social Thought, and Themes in Modern American History.

I welcome proposals from prospective Ph.D. students interested in working in my fields of expertise.
